What made you want to join the CSS Tec team?
Such an amazing culture that feels like family! When I came to tour, I meshed so well with the team and we all laughed and joked like we’ve known each other for years. I knew right then that I could see myself building a career there.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
Outlook – I have it linked to my phone to help me stay on track and provide professional and personal reminders. As a Mom, your brain is constantly spinning so without this tool I would be lost!
What culturally stands out about the CSS Tec team that breeds success?
Consistent across all business units, everyone is a TEAM player. We support each other and become the biggest cheerleader for all the highs and always there to pick each other up during the occasional lows.

Absolutely not! I am a horrible singer and the last time I sang in public I was 21 years old under anesthesia getting my knee operated on and the entire medical room was laughing at me because I was signing Mariah Carey “One Sweet Day”.
