CSS Tec Refer A Friend Terms And Conditions

Rules And Regulations

Candidate referred MUST be successfully placed through CSS Tec Services, and candidate MUST work a minimum of 90 days before referrer receives reward of USD 500.00. CSS Tec guarantees that rewards will be paid out within 15 business days of the date that the candidate referred has worked through CSS Tec for a minimum of 90 days, 105 days maximum after the candidate’s start date.

In order to ensure the referrer receives payment/reward, a W9 form must be submitted to CSS if the referrer is not on the current CSS payroll system. Thus, being paid out as a 1099 employee will require the referrer to remit applicable taxes as a 1099 employee. If the referrer is on CSS payroll, CSS agrees to pay out the net of applicable payroll taxes.

There are no limits on the number of referrals an individual can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly. If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards if that candidate is placed. Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired later or gets hired for another CSS Tec position.

Who can be referred?
Referrers are prohibited and not eligible to refer themselves to the CSS Tec Referral Program. Referrer is not obligated to currently work through CSS Tec or Contemporary Staffing Solutions in order to qualify. Internal employees of CSS do not qualify for the candidate Referral Program. If the candidate being referred to CSS Tec currently works with or for CSS Tec, then CSS Tec will not qualify the candidate for the CSS Tec Referral Program. The candidate being referred must NOT have previously documented contact with CSS or CSS Tec. Rules apply to both Direct Hire placements and Contract Candidates being placed by CSS Tec.
