Winning the MVP of Sales award in 2023!
What made you want to join the CSS Tec team?
Our Sales Director, Kara Cron – I knew from our first conversation that she would push me to become a better Account Executive while expanding my technical knowledge.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
Sleep and working out both help me have greater focus.
What culturally stands out about the CSS Tec team that breeds success?
We celebrate all successes, both large and small, together as a team. We also take time to be silly and laugh.

I am not a quote person. I strive every day to do slightly better than the day before and keep moving forward.
What’s something about you that we may not know?
I love karaoke and host an annual Christmas karaoke party at my house.
