Describe your biggest win at CSS Tec so far.
I hit the ground running pretty quickly and placed 4 candidates in my first month and a half out of training! I worked hard for it, but my success was also because of the fantastic coaching and support from Caitlin, Kara, and the rest of the team. I can’t take all the credit!
What made you want to join the CSS Tec team?
Everyone I spoke to during the interview process (Kara, Kay, Josh, Connie, and Caitlin) was so down-to-earth, transparent, and warm – I got a sense that the culture at CSS was very positive, inclusive, and supportive, which is exactly what I was looking for! I was also very impressed with the strong relationships that CSS has with clients and the company’s emphasis on candidate and client experience.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
Gotta say it – ChatGPT!! It’s so helpful to generate some questions to ask candidates when I am feeling stumped or don’t fully understand the technology.
What culturally stands out about the CSS Tec team that breeds success?
Transparency and empathy!

TV Show: Toss-up between Mad Men and Gilmore Girls (basic). Succession was also amazing.
If you could be featured on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?
This is a tough one! Maybe Phantogram or Ben Bohmer…. Just two artists I really love!
Something unique about you that we may not know?
I used to live and bartend in Venice Beach (Los Angeles, CA) and San Diego, CA!
