Currently, the client has five different project tracks including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics. In addition, business stakeholders are seeing ROI in their investments in Salesforce. In 2019, before their partnership with CSS Tec, the client had about 6,000 employees; by 2020, they had grown to 15,000+ employees with the goal of having over 20,000 employees in 2021. In addition, this client’s monthly new loan origination revenue has significantly increased.
